Jeden z t\u011bchto alfapokrm\u016f je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chill-in.cz\/index.php\/chicken-tikka-masala-2\/\">chicken tikka masala<\/a> (nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chill-in.cz\/index.php\/tikka-masala-jednoduse\/\">mutton tikka masala<\/a>). To je v t\u00e9to bran\u017ei celkem dost velk\u00fd zv\u00ed\u0159e. K tikka masale jsem se modlil u\u017e d\u0159\u00edv. Stejn\u011b tak (a mo\u017en\u00e1 i trochu v\u00edc) je dominantn\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165ov\u011b besti\u00e1ln\u00ed ikona \u2013 BIRIYANI. To je kurva jm\u00e9no! Tam, kde jsem se ut\u00e1p\u011bl v tom har\u00e9mu chut\u00ed, va\u0159ili biriyani p\u016fvodem z ji\u017en\u00ed Keraly (spodek Indie). A p\u0159esn\u011b t\u00e9to chuti bych cht\u011bl dos\u00e1hnout tady na ji\u017en\u00ed Morav\u011b (spodek \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zase tady vis\u00ed t\u0159i prdele ingredienc\u00ed a n\u011bkolik \u00c1 \u010dtverek pochybn\u00fdho textu, kterej je plnej prdel\u00ed a kuref, jejich\u017e v\u00fdsledkem by \u00fadajn\u011b m\u011bl b\u00fdt dal\u0161\u00ed z <strong>best india food kurva ever<\/strong>! Ve\u0161kerej seznam pro tuto sm\u011bs ko\u0159en\u00ed si nachystej, cel\u00fd ko\u0159en\u00ed naform\u00e1tuj do mlet\u00e9 podoby a zkompletuj to do sklinky, kter\u00e1 se d\u00e1 zav\u0159it v\u00ed\u010dkem, aby ti sm\u011bs ko\u0159en\u00ed nevy\u010duch\u00e1vala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.<br>Ud\u011blej v\u00fdvar. Nech marinovat aspo\u0148 hodinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.<br>Trochu ho\u0159ti\u010dn\u00fdho oleja do kastr\u00f3lu, rozp\u00e1lit a na minutu a\u017e dv\u011b tam poho\u0148 kari list\u00ed a f\u0161echno cel\u00fd ko\u0159en\u00ed ze sekce &#8222;AKCE F KASTR\u00d3LU&#8220;. Zasyp to cibulou + nasekan\u00fdm chilli a na m\u00edrn\u00fdm plame\u0148u s t\u00edm mrdej do ud\u011blana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.<br>P\u0159idej \u010desnek &amp; z\u00e1zvor. Dej tomu t\u0159i minuty a zasyp to mlet\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm ze sekce &#8222;AKCE F KASTR\u00d3LU&#8220; a k tomu p\u0159idej zbytek sm\u011bsi ko\u0159en\u00ed BIRIYANI MASALA. Podle konzistence lehce podl\u00edvej v\u00fdvarem. Nen\u00ed nutn\u00fd ho spot\u0159ebovat f\u0161echen, a\u010dkolif by to bylo neskonale mil\u00e9, kdyby se nemuselo nic vyhazovat. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd ale f tomto bod\u011b je, aby v\u00fdsledek nebyl moc \u0159\u00eddkej. Pokud je ve j\u00eddle tolik chilli, co je uveden\u00fd f ingredienc\u00edch, tak \u0159\u00eddk\u00fd to je\u0161t\u011b bude, a\u017e to pude ven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <br>P\u0159idej f\u0161echno obran\u00fd maso, kter\u00fd se marinuje. T\u0159eba 20 minut udr\u017euj pod pokli\u010dkou na m\u00edrn\u00fdm varu, nebo-li tak dlouho, aby se maso nerozpadalo upln\u011b nasra\u010dku. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 hl\u00eddej konzistenci, nem\u011blo by to bejt vylo\u017een\u00e9 tekut\u00fd. Jestli je to \u0159\u00eddk\u00fd pozn\u00e1\u0161 podle toho, \u017ee se voda po chv\u00edli nahromad\u00ed na povrchu.
