Elitn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost mezi p\u0159\u00edlohama k indick\u00fdm j\u00eddl\u016fm. K\u0159upavou\u010dk\u00fd, jem\u0148ou\u010dk\u00fd. Je to kus vyv\u00e1len\u00fdho t\u011bsta v jedn\u00e9 vrstv\u011b, kterej je upe\u010denej f tandoori peci nebo osma\u017eenej na tro\u0161ce oleju. Jako dobr\u00fd, ale &#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale parotta &#8230; to je placka, kter\u00e1 je smotan\u00e1 z velmi tenk\u00fdho t\u011bsta. Nikdy jsem nedostal to, co bych stra\u0161n\u011b r\u00e1d dostal. Zat\u00edm jsem nezjistil, kde se to d\u00e1 koupit. Teda zjistil, ale mus\u00edm kv\u016fli tomu kupovat letenku. Vono je toti\u017e dost pracn\u00fd a nikomu se s t\u00edm nechce pl\u00e1cat. Kousek od hotelu ve m\u011bst\u011b Al Dhannah jsem objevil takovou malou zaprd\u011bnou restauracu. Byl to defacto upravenej pr\u016fchod mezi budovama (cca 20 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch) a na to vevnit\u0159 navazovala takov\u00e1 upraven\u00e1 gar\u00e1\u017e, kde byla kuchy\u0148 (cca 30 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch). T\u0159i stoly, mrtv\u00fd muchy po zemi, \u0161v\u00e1bi. Restaurace spl\u0148ovala f\u0161echny p\u0159edpoklady! BTW: Hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159\u00edjmu takov\u00fdchto restaurac\u00ed je va\u0159en\u00ed do krabi\u010dek pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rezidenty, kte\u0159\u00ed bydl\u00ed f\u0161ude kolem. Sice m\u011b to st\u00e1lo asi tak 300 K\u010d na \u00faplatc\u00edch a spropitn\u00fdm, ale vid\u011bl, jak se tyto kurefsky \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd parotty vyr\u00e1b\u00ed! N\u00e1sledn\u011b se mn\u011b poda\u0159ilo vyzv\u011bd\u011bt n\u011bkolik podstatn\u00fdch informac\u00ed, kter\u00fd k tomuto v\u00fdsledku vedou. A te\u010f to tady norm\u00e1ln\u011b vybal\u00edm a ty si to m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 to t\u011bstem (nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u016fl kila mouky Maida, 2 tbsp olej, trocha vody, 1 tsp s\u016fl, 1 vaj\u00ed\u010dko). Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed alfa-omega informace je, \u017ee toto t\u011bsto se mus\u00ed hn\u011btat 25 minut v robotovi. Jedin\u011b tak se dos\u00e1hne takov\u00e9 konzistence, aby t\u011bsto bylo vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00fd a netrhalo se p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Bez robota by ti ruky upadly.
