Ale nic nen\u00ed ne\u0159e\u0161iteln\u00fd. Ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bstech najde\u0161 \u0161opy s indick\u00fdma surovinama, tam to m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 \u010deknout. Tady se daj\u00ed sehnat, ale vypadaj\u00ed trochu jinak, ne\u017e origo\u0161. Jsou celkov\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed (10 cm) a tlust\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost je jejich p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud ti rostou doma ve sklen\u00edku, za \u00fa\u010delem indick\u00fdho va\u0159en\u00ed se sb\u00edraj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b zelen\u00fd. Pokud je na ke\u0159\u00ed\u010dku nech\u00e1\u0161 d\u00fdl, z\u010dervenaj\u00ed a u\u017e z nich nejsou <strong>green chillies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mraz\u00e1k je jedin\u00e1 cesta, jak je uchovat relativn\u011b \u010derstv\u00fd po del\u0161\u00ed dobu. I kdy\u017e jsou potom povadl\u00fd, tak do j\u00eddla moc nevad\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e nek\u0159upou, jak zamlada. Stejn\u011b se to rozva\u0159\u00ed nebo rozmixuje. Chu\u0165 tam furt je a to je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><em>Zaj\u00edmavost:<\/em> Kdy\u017e lad\u00ed\u0161 j\u00eddlo do velk\u00e9 p\u00e1livosti, tak existuje jak\u00e1si hranice p\u00e1livosti, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 doc\u00edlit, pokud nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1\u0161 \u010derstv\u00fd chilli papri\u010dky. Je to t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159id\u00e1vat su\u0161en\u00fd chilli a t\u00edm zvy\u0161ovat p\u00e1livost nejde do nekone\u010dna. Chilli su\u0161en\u00fd m\u00e1 i jin\u00fd chut\u011b, kter\u00fd by t\u00edmto m\u011bly mo\u017enost vyniknout a nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ho\u0159kost. To je jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d tam pak je\u0161t\u011b indick\u00fd babi\u010dky rvou \u010derstv\u00fd chilli papri\u010dky, nejl\u00e9pe indick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>KO\u0158EN\u00cd<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ko\u0159en\u00ed pro indick\u00fd\u00a0va\u0159en\u00ed jeden velkej ukrutnej z\u00e1klad a d\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je na tom indick\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b postaven\u00e1.
