Podle jeskynn\u00edch maleb odhaduju prvn\u00ed z\u00e1znamy na rok 2015. Pravda, nen\u00ed to Indie, nicm\u00e9n\u011b Emir\u00e1\u0165an\u016f je m\u00e1lo, ale maj\u00ed prachy, tak\u017ee zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed miliony cizinc\u016f, aby mohli l\u00e9pe kontrolovat infrastrukturu st\u00e1tu. Nejpo\u010detn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupina cizinc\u016f v&nbsp;Emir\u00e1tech jsou Indov\u00e9 a&nbsp;P\u00e1kist\u00e1nci. V&nbsp;minulosti byly tyto dva st\u00e1ty jeden, tak\u017ee filozofie jejich pokrm\u016f je z&nbsp;historick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f tak n\u011bjak dost podobn\u00e1. Hm\u0148o \u2026 a tihle lid\u00e9 pot\u0159ebovali n\u011bco j\u00edst, tak si svoje stravovac\u00ed m\u00f3resy p\u0159ivezli i do sv\u00fdch \u201ezam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c. Do Emir\u00e1t\u016f. Proto m\u00e1 indick\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b v&nbsp;Dubaji mnohem siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu, ne\u017e u n\u00e1s v&nbsp;\u010cR, na okraji z\u00e1padn\u00edho sv\u011bta. Koneckonc\u016f, z&nbsp;Emir\u00e1t\u016f je to do Indie jen p\u0159es malej flusanec mo\u0159e &#8211; asi t\u0159i hodiny letadlem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano, celej blog je o autentick\u00fdm indick\u00fdm va\u0159en\u00ed. Autor v\u00e1m tady rad\u00ed, jak upl\u00e1cat autentick\u00fd indick\u00fd j\u00eddla, ale v Indii nikdy nebyl! No co u\u017e. D\u011btskej olej\u00ed\u010dek se taky nevyr\u00e1b\u00ed z d\u011bt\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poprv\u00e9, kdy\u017e jsem si v&nbsp;tam\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zaprd\u011bn\u00e9 Indick\u00e9 restauraci objednal Mutton Masalu, tak jsem j\u00eddlo vr\u00e1til se slovy, \u017ee to je fucking spicy, \u017ee to ur\u010dit\u011b \u017er\u00e1t nebudu a objednal jsem si n\u011bjak\u00fd nudle s&nbsp;masem. Za toto bych si dneska nejrad\u0161i naliskal. Je mi a\u017e smutno z&nbsp;toho, jakej jsem byl debil! Mohl jsem b\u00fdt o n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f zku\u0161enost\u00ed s&nbsp;touto kuchyn\u00ed bohat\u0161\u00ed, ale j\u00e1 v\u016fl, jako naprosto exempl\u00e1rn\u00ed ob\u010dan \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky m\u00edsto toho \u017eral vep\u0159ov\u00fd konzervy, pa\u0161tiky, instantn\u00ed pol\u00edvky a spoustu dal\u0161\u00edch sra\u010dek z domu, kter\u00fd si \u010desk\u00e1 n\u00e1tura sbal\u00ed do e\u0161usu p\u0159i cest\u011b \u010dty\u0159icet kilometr\u016f od bar\u00e1ku a d\u00e1l. Jenom koup\u00edm p\u00e1r druh\u016f ko\u0159en\u00ed, pro\u010dtu si p\u00e1r recept\u016f a u\u017e to poval\u00ed. Hovno leda! I p\u0159esto, \u017ee u\u017e roky va\u0159\u00edm a m\u00e1m snad n\u011bjakou zku\u0161enost, tak prvn\u00ed pokusy indick\u00fdho va\u0159en\u00ed dopadaly katastroficky. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem m\u011bl t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tky, proto\u017ee ka\u017edodenn\u00ed autentickou Indickou ve\u010de\u0159\u00ed byla nasazena la\u0165ka p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysoko. Asi dvakr\u00e1t nebyla jin\u00e1 mo\u017enost, ne\u017e m\u016fj v\u00fdtvor vysypat prasat\u016fm, proto\u017ee to ne\u0161lo \u017er\u00e1t ani z l\u00edtosti o pen\u00edze, kter\u00fd jsem do toho vrazil. To bylo mo\u017en\u00e1 v roce 2015. Potom jsem sv\u00fdmi nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 poveden\u00fdmi, ale u\u017e jedl\u00fdmi pokusy, krmil svoje kamar\u00e1dy. Ti m\u011bli dost pr\u00e1ce pobrat p\u00e1livost, tak\u017ee ani moc ne\u0159e\u0161ili to ostatn\u00ed. Docela to trvalo, ne\u017e jsem poprv\u00e9 ud\u011blal n\u011bco, co se za\u010dalo podobat moj\u00ed chu\u0165ov\u00e9 vizi, kter\u00e1 byla podlo\u017eena osobn\u00edm z\u00e1\u017eitkem a povedlo se to a\u017e v roce 2018. Ale furt to je\u0161t\u011b nebylo \u00fapln\u011b vono. Mezit\u00edm prob\u011bhla i f\u00e1ze, kdy jsem se na to asi na rok vysral, proto\u017ee to bylo jako fakt marn\u00fd. Nechal jsem to ule\u017eet a za\u010dal znovu a l\u00e9pe. Nam\u00edsto statick\u00fdch recept\u016f na webu jsem za\u010dal v\u00edce intenzivn\u011b sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt des\u00edtky a des\u00edtky vide\u00ed na Youtube a p\u0159itom m\u011b do\u0161lo, \u017ee statick\u00fd webov\u00fd recepty jsou sice dobr\u00fd, ale je tam p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho prostoru pro fantazii pro n\u011bkoho, kdo m\u00e1 jak\u0161 tak\u0161 za\u017eit\u00fd postupy z va\u0159en\u00ed \u010cesk\u00fdch j\u00eddel. Bylo pot\u0159eba j\u00edt na za\u010d\u00e1tek a od princip\u016f z va\u0159en\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdch j\u00eddel se oprostit. Mal\u00e1 revoluce nastala po dovolen\u00e9 v Dubaji v roce 2019, kdy\u017e jsem se vr\u00e1til na ty stejn\u00fd m\u00edsta za \u00fa\u010delem se brut\u00e1ln\u011b dob\u0159e na\u017erat.
